Dragon fights issue solved
Ok I found a solution, first before trying this, if you have mods disable them (including cosmetic ones like reshaders, anything that alters the game files), otherwise do a fresh install of the game ...

Sadly didn't work for me, at the scorch dragon, no mods or anything. Only have Lucanis and Taash attacking, Im not attacking at all, he gets staggered (falls over and shows his belly) then flies up and just keeps attacking without doing the AOE , and not taking any more damage.
