Entropy’s Grasp mission issue and save load error

•    What is happening? (and what do you expect to happen instead?) 
o    Currently playing through the Entropy’s Grasp mission and I am not getting the darkspawn cutscene to appear. Darkspawn just jump in and they are all unkillable. I cannot progress beyond this fight. I am suppose to defeat a group of enemies so that Belara can work on the 2nd resonance amplifier. When I try to load the save before the fight, I get an error and now can’t load ANY of my saves. This is the 2nd character that I have created that is having this issue. 

•    Does this happen in a specific area of the game?
o    Yes.

•    Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
o    There are no steps that I can take as the game will not load my saves.

•    If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
o    Cannot give a screenshot or clip as I cannot load my saves. I get an error every time that says “An error occurred while trying to complete your request”. All of my drivers are up to date and there is nothing that should be causing this.

•    If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
o    DxDiag is attached, and so is the save file. I don’t use the EA app so there is no error number to give you.
