Fire and Ice Won't Finish on PC

I've replayed the Fire and Ice quest twice, but when it's over, and my Rook is back in the Lighthouse, the quest won't complete, and I can't move forward. I'm playing on PC using EA.

    I finally managed to complete the quest. I loaded an older save (about 10 hours back) and didn't do most of the side quest this time, especially regrets of the dread wolf that I noticed seemed to be bugged in my other saves. I also didn't loot the ME chest. In any case, not sure exactly what made it work, but after the coming back to the lighthouse, a cutscene started instead of just bugging and then the quest completed.

Having the same issue! After fighting the dragons you have the cutscene and talk with Evka and Antoine, then it goes black and you appear at the lighthouse after a while. You have no next main quest, you can't fast travel anywhere because the game says you're currently in a quest. I could go through the eluvian to the corssroads, but didnt't try going further than that. 

Tried going back further and further in saves, changing graphics to lowest and restarting the game. Nothing works! 

Also having trouble with the last mural of "regrets of the dreawolf" as others in this thread!
