Game crashes after trying to reach a certain location (Arlathan Forest)

I think i am not the only one who experience absolute downgrade of a performance after patch 3, which suppose to fix a lot of bugs. I never had this experience before, but the game got laggy and there's a noticeable increase of fps drops. But the most annoying one is the sudden crashes. This happens three times, and some location might be the trigger of this bug because i am trying to go to this one location three times and it keeps shutting off the game. Without fail.

I haven't try any other location but this is the area where the game never fails to shut off completely. I was trying to finish the Spirits of the Dalish quest and every time i jump to touch the rock or the wrecked ship, the game crashes.

Update: it wasn't only that specific area, but just playing in Arlathan Forest in general. The game crashes after I play for around 10 mins. I played in Treviso for about an hour before and i did not have this bug. Will update if the crashes persist in other region as well. 

Idk if anyone also experience this or not but if you do please let me know. I know my pc is capable of running the game smoothly, as i have tried running it with ultra setting and it was fine before (although i put it on high awhile back). My game doesn't have any mods in it too. If there's something that I can do to prevent this, do let me know as well. I will try to avoid this area for now and see if the bug persist.
