Game crashes by accessing faction merchants

Hi all,

of today, maybe patch related, the game crashes everytime I access a faction merchant.

Freezes instantly, camera movement by moving the mouse still works, nothing else and crashes to desktop.

Is this already known? Any workaround? Is any kind of support active in this forum?
