Game keeps begging me to [Skip] cutscenes, making it distracting to watch them.

I'm having difficulty watching cutscenes because there's a popup notification in the bottom right corner imploring me to "Skip Cutscene [__]". I turned off both "Tips" and "Hints" in the settings, a...

I'm on pc. The skip cutscene pops up whenever I move my mouse etc. I would prefer it if it only popped up if I press the skip button on my keyboard :)
