Same issue with XBOX Elite 2 Controller. At some point it will just switch and act like I moved the mouse, so it switches to K + M but is stuck that way even when using the controller.
This happens when they are powered off and unplugged. When it occurs, I cannot hit select button, but can hit pause, then select works. Cannot engage ultimate or stagger abilities using controller. Saving the game fixes it temporarily, but within a few minutes it recurs and stays that way. Rebooted, installed new NVIDIA drivers. Please add manual keyboard+mouse or controller switch in settings.
