Gender and Pronouns changed?

My gender and pronouns were changed and I can't change them back. It seemed to happen after the update.

For reference, I made my character a woman with she/her pronouns, but somehow it was changed to man with he/him pronouns. 

I've seen a few posts on reddit where people mentioned the same thing happening to them.
