Your DxDiags Windows error reporting section is full with "Bug Check 0x193: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_LIVEDUMP" errors.
This means that the DirectX graphics kernel subsystem is initiating the creation of a live dump due to an error that has occurred.
- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
Then:
- Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA/AMD driver components.
- Install the graphics driver > Go online.
- Test.
If that don't helps, go to your "C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports" folder.
There should be many "Bug Check 0x193....dmp" dump files.
(Might be in a sub folder)
Zip 2 - 3 of these files together and upload them to a file hosting service such as Dropbox or you can use the Onedrive 'public' folder.
