Graphics change when first using in game camera

The first time I used the in game camera there was a pop up telling me I was making a change to one of my graphics settings. The problem is I believe this change has made water reflections in another application appear upside down. Can anyone tell me what this change was please because I've no idea what it was or how to reverse it...

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game has not made the pop up appear again so I believe whatever the change was, it is system wide
