Health bar bug

I'm playing on PS5 and at a certain point my health bar stopped filling up all the way. It stops 3/4 of the way and even taking health potions only fills it up to the current max amount not entirely full.

    Are you wearing the unique amulet "The Burden"? - I've just double checked and it caps your health at 70%!!
