Less banters since last update

Friends and I noticed that since the last update (1.00, the first one we got), Banters seems to trigger less often. We know they changed something (global banter souldn't start too early) but that seems to have reduced the number of them.

For example, before the patch, walking around Treviso would give about 4 banters, now it's barely 2.
