Library Puzzle Bugged

I turned the statues and opened the music room, but the wisp and two stands were not there to interact with to open the door to the library portal.   The interactable objects were just missing.  I Verified files via steam, restarted my computer, and restarted the game.   The bug persisted through all that.   The quest is uncompletable.
