So like many I’m getting a load error. I found another discussion where it is marked as solved with no solution given.
research in other areas said to transfer to SSD but advertised as HDD supported and like many if I had an SSD I wouldn’t be using the HDD.
other option was to restart and just hope it doesn’t happen again.
what is the actual solution for this error on a HDD?
I'm in the same boat here. I'm really annoyed.Its mainly affecting people without SSD when its advertised as HHD supported. I did a lot of tinkering around with the settings and stuff. The only thing I found was deleting.All the saved files including my characters. Verify the files. Then disable steam cloud save, and play in offline mode. I did this earlier after 3 days of wrecking my brain.And I don't have any save corruption even on auto saves. I tried the same thing without deleting my previous characters but it didn't work. I don't know has anything to do with the steam connecting to the cloud or not. Fingers crossed ten hours in and no problems yet.
