Hey there,
I have the same issue with the sound effects on the game. All troubleshooting steps that could potentially deal with sound issues do not help, neither do game/laptop settings adjustments.
I am at least glad I'm not the only one experiencing this absurdity.
The support received so far has been abysmal. Barely acknowledged, not an ounce of solution, no possibility of refund.
