Loading previous saves changes your appearance

Everytime i load a previous save file my character reverts to the preset used during character creator. Nothing remains of the character i created. Hair doesn't load in either just a brown bald cap. ...

Same issue, but when i use the mirror my custom character doesnt appear as a preset (i've changed the hairstyle and it was there), guess ill stop playing until they fix it because it really ruins the experience
