Loading previous saves changes your appearance

Everytime i load a previous save file my character reverts to the preset used during character creator. Nothing remains of the character i created. Hair doesn't load in either just a brown bald cap. ...

I'm having the same problem. My character shows up in the character window as a customized her, but she's the base character in game. It just started happening to me. I'd saved, closed up shop, and returned a few times today without issue up until now.
