Lucanis questline bugged?

Update: I'm almost at the point of no return in the final act. I've had the quests "A murder of crows", saved Treviso from the governor and had a really weird conversation with Lucanis about Spite which seemed to build on some other earlier conversation that I've never seen or heard.
Looking around online, it seems there's an entire quest that never ever showed up on my log: "Inner Demons". Did anyone miss that quest? And as always, there was zero "outing" with Lucanis and no added dialogue (apart from another really weird bit where he has an bubble exclamation mark over his head - signaling dialogue - except all he said was "I really need to deal with Spite" and nothing else happened).
I want to play a Crow romancing Lucanis in my second playthrough and I'd really like to know if something is bugged with my game or not.
