My Dragon Age Veilgaurd crashed and now all the writing is gibberish

My game froze and all I could do was quit out and now when I login all the writing is gibberish. Thr only thing I can read is on the settings page it says English. I tried restarting and then uninstall but it is the same this is not usable I don't know what to do. I have screenshots I can send
