Neve & Lucanis' Hero Achievements Not Unlocking

Finished both Neve's & Lucanis' quest lines & even though Neve has the Hero of Veilguard her's didn't unlock. Lucanis' didn't unlock either after finishing his quest line although he's still hardened from saving Minrathous instead of Treviso. This will also cause doing getting the secret ending to not unlock which is unfortunate as I've done the quests, etc to get that as well. 

Edit: They finally popped after finishing the Dock Town & Treviso quest lines & came back from saving and quiting. Both had exclamation marks above their heads in the Lighthouse. Also did an uninstall/reinstall but not sure that had anything to do with it.
