PC Bug: Riverside Ruins Chest Barrier doesn't drop

In the Riverside Ruins I have placed the barrier to block the charging beam yet the barrier blocking the chest is still inaccessible.  My understanding is that this should not be happening.  This is ...

Same here, I’ve done it properly, to the letter, and the barrier will not disappear after I set the stone and block it.
