Power crystal size inconsistent

This is very minor, but it bugs me every time :) The depleted power crystals are much larger than the charged power crystals. There are several piles of depleted crystals in Arlathan, e.g., on Bellara's first personal quest "Echoes of the Past". All of the depleted crystals are nearly 2x the size of the powered crystals (see attached image). For consistency with the receptacle, the depleted crystals should be scaled smaller to match the charged crystals.
