PS5 Pro has very shimmery image quality in hair and grass

I started my Veilguard playthrough on the base PS5 and moved over to my PS5 Pro and there is something wrong with overall image quality. 

Hair especially seems to have this pulsing, shimmering pattern effect like the shadows are crawling. It's especially noticeable during conversations (which happens quite a lot in this game). Similarly, a lot of vegetation and grass looks like it's shimmering and flickering a lot.

I've also noticed the reflections look much coarser in water on Pro than the base PS5. It's like a sharpened, pixelly reflection compared to a slightly more smeared-out reflection which faded in better with the rest of the game.
