Rendering issues: pc won’t load things in until 30 seconds after

Just need to know if there’s any advice here? 

im playing on a 3060 all graphics drivers updated on medium graphics (can play other games on higher but didn’t wanna take any chances) 

basically whenever I enter an area it takes 30 seconds to a minute to render everything in- I’m finding it quite annoying as I keep falling through the floor or glitching through the map or having a load of enemies just spawning on top of me when I’m in an area 

I’ve found dock town and Treviso are the worst areas for it (I find myself running into invisible things all the time) but even when I go outside on the lighthouse it does it!!

any advice on possibly any fixes or changes I can make?? I was really excited for this game but this is making the game a real drag to play at the moment
