Rook's appearance reverts to default

Had the same issue a couple of times and in my case it happened when trying to load an auto save but I haven't had this problem with regular saves so far.

Experiencing the same thing when starting up the game and jumping back in to the game. It seems to be connected to the automatic saves, since my manual saves do not have this issue. It's still very frustrating that it happens at all considering how much time I spent on my character.

I'm having same issue on/off. Thought it was my specs but makes sense to be the autosave.. seems restarting the game is the only fix I've found or reloading to a manual save before it happened.

I'm also having this issue recently, except it's not just when I come off and autosave. It just happened again and it was when starting the game from my most recent manual save. It looks right in the wardrobe, just not the world. I can fix it by going to the mirror in Varric's room and going through as if I made changes and then saving it again. (I've attached the view in-game and then the view in the wardrobe)
