SFX Problem

Attempted solution: Checking for problem on Windows end (none), Switching from speaker to headphones (doesn't help), Restarting (doesn't help), Updating graphical drivers (in case it was graphical related, none).
More of a minor issue, but I'm experience audio problems where SFXs keep getting cut. This doesnt happen with all SFXs tho. Cutscenes seems to be mostly fine, but not always (one glaring case, during the conversation between Varric and Solas in the prologue the sequence where Solas destroys Bianca have no SFX at all, of Bianca getting destroyed etc). In gameplay it seems to be a constant issue, during collecting/picking up items where a faint "glimmer" SFX would play but abruptly cut midway. Combat is where it's most visible though, where companions fighting SFXs are just completely missing, casting abilities gives no SFXs, and enemies SFXs also appears to be randomly missing or getting cut midway. Strangely though, Rook's seems to be just fine, SFXs are always present and don't get cut.
While this doesn't interrupt gameplay, it does ruins the immersion and somewhat makes the experience less than what it could be. My rig is a bit old/low end, but as everything else is running fine (and also other games aren't experiencing this same issue as far as I can tell), I would appreciate if this is looked into.
