Snake Nest Quest Bug

The snake nest quest will not add itself to my journal when I speak to the woman. When I leave the area the quest mark will reappear in Dock Town. 

I’ve read around and it does seem like some ppl have issues with this quest but none of them have been the same issue as I’ve got here
