Stuck under the world
This is my second play through, and didn’t encounter this the first time.

During the prelude, after the destruction of the pillars and Varric’s death, and being led away by Harding, the Dragon Age title appears, and instead of going to the lighthouse I end up in Arlathan forest.
At that point I can move, fire off with my staff, but as soon as I try to use the map or escape for the menu, it stalls out. If I just keep moving, I end up under the world. I’d read if you died it might correct the problem, but there’s nowhere to end my character. Anyone had this issue and know of any remedy?
I’ve set everything to low, started again with a prior save, but nothing breaks through the issue. All research says this is a game breaking bug.
