Wardens Vault Bug

I was doing the wardens vault quest, picked up the last wisp and activated the last flame to unlock the vault. Then I died, the flame isn't lit anymore but the wisp is gone so I can't progress the quest anymore. 

Too late to load a save now, have left the area and come back but the wisp is still gone. Any suggestions?
