Warrior/Slayer bug - Charged Smash and Striking Precision

Question

The Precision advantage granted by Striking Precision when using Heroic Leap instantly disappears if I also have the Charged Smash skill from the same Slayer specialization. When I remove the skill point from Charged Smash, the Precision granted by Striking Precision works as normal.

Video example of Precision disappearing almost as soon as it is granted, then working normally after I reload and remove the skill point from Charged Smash.

Also wasn't sure if it's a bug or intentional behavior, but by the wording of Charged Smash and Heroic Leap's descriptions I thought Precision should turn Heroic Leap itself into a critical hit but it's clearly not working the way it is described.

Bummer. I felt the combination between these skills as worded was really the main reason to spec into Slayer and without it, I gave up and respecced into Reaper instead. It was a major improvement, even though I still like Slayer better thematically.
