White Watcher's Robes and other Transmog Missing
As stated above. Completed and explored Fen'harels past and nothing. Other transmog missing as well as seen from people who have 100% the game

I've been having the same issue and I've 100% it twice now. Seems the sentanle armor is the same.

Please Fix!! I love these robes but want them in white!
Yup along with the Veil-touched armor sets they aren’t even obtainable and the white watchers robes should have dropped from one of the dream sequences. EA needs to fix this now. This is a massive oversight!
My first playthrough I only got the Bblue and brown ones, I'm on my second playthrough right now and I got the white and brown one so far, I haven't received the blue one yet but mind you I'm not done the quest line yet. I hope I get the blue one soon.
