Add ons vanishing

So, today I finally reopened the sims as I was ready to return to my world and hyperfixate on it for the week. When I realized that my Vampire add on was missing. I purchased this March 5th, 2025  at full price and played with it for a week before getting off. When I first got on today I thought maybe it was just not showing up since I had to re login and update the game. So I logged out again and still nothing. Okay weird right? I decided to just try to open my Sims world anyways and see if it was just a bug or glitch. It was not. It says I cannot open my Sims world without the Vampire add on or else it may not even function. Okay great let me see if I just need to redownload it or whatever. No, EA is trying to make me purchase it AGAIN. I checked my transaction history and what do you know there is no transaction but they make sure the free add on transactions are still there. I took it upon myself to do some research as well as talk to a representative via chat. They did not help at all. I even pulled up my bank account transaction history and there is literal proof that it was in fact purchased. So here I am again purchasing the Vampire add on so I can access my world. After this I am not giving any more money to EA. They are so selfish and money hungry for no **bleep** reason.

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    If your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
