Add Option to Disable Cloud Saves

Every other launcher on the market allows the user to disable cloud saves, but the EA App does not. Even Origin allowed you to turn off cloud saves. If EA is going to force migration to the new EA App, it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect the same basic functions to exist between them. The option to disable cloud saves should be added ASAP.
