    @ChenGaga,

    unfortunately, the Support is the only one, who can help you with this. We don't have access to accounts here in the forum.

    Please try a different browser and, if you have a VPN on, turn it off, and try again. Sadly, there's nothing more I can help you with.

@EA_Pythia I did not purchase games on my EA account. Because the old Steam account is no longer in use, I have to delete my EA account and register a new EA account with my email to bind to my new Steam account. Can you tell me how to delete my EA account
