Anyone else fed up??

Question

So I brought a new gaming laptop and downloaded the EA app. for the first few days after downloading the sims 4 it worked and then suddenly stopped and had to do lots of uninstall's, downloading fixing firewalla and fixing repairing the app. 2 days later and the games and app are down again and not working. tried a repair and get the same 'oops something went haywire' pop up that I am seeing all the time.

I never had a problem or any issues with Origin but just been issue after issue with the EA app........ rant over 🙂 but come on EA sort it out!!!

After downloading EA, I've not been able to play my SIMS 4.&nbsp; I keep getting a message that says there's an error on our part try back latter.&nbsp; Later never happens.&nbsp; I'm so pissed that I've paid all that money for something I can't use.&nbsp; I wish they'd let us go back to Orgin.&nbsp; At least it worked.

YES! Im beyond frustrated with EA . you think they would at least beta test like COME ON. Ive lost thousands of dollars with no way to contact them besides these stupid * forms. EA ; do better.

@snowally8899 They are beta testing it -- it's just that you are the tester and you are doing what was previously a full-time paid job and you are paying for this "privilege".

i never had any problems with origins my library don't

show all my games and the last kits I can't get them in my game it say that I OWN THEM THEN WHAT'S the PROBLEM I HAVE ASKED FOR HELP. AND STUPID ME WENT AND BOUGHT PURCHASED THE NEW GAME. I BOUGH

ONE OF THE KITS FOR AMAZON AND IT WON'T DOWN LOAD IN THE GAME EITHER I TOO AM FED UP.
