Cannot install in Portuguese (Brazil) - All games in English

Hello, I use EA Desktop through the Game Pass PC account.
The problem is that EA Desktop does not install any game in my language (pt_BR), even the game having support to Portuguese and I choose the Portuguese language in the installation options. All games are installed in English. This problem has already been claimed by dozens of players in the Portuguese EA and Microsoft forums but nobody does anything about it. I think it is such a simple problem to solve by your developers team. What do you say?
