Controller support on PC

EA has told me through different support techs that controller support is not available on Origin and EA Play - even for games that support controllers in other PC stores like Steam, Epic, UPlay, GOG...

is there any solution.. i downloaded fifa 23 from ea play and now i am not able to play from my controller .. 

why EA Don't  do something on this

      Does anybody know how to connect your ps4 controller to ea app and play fifa 23??
