EA APP Can't login

Hi, so, this account I'm currently on is linked to my steam and that's the only way I can access to write this up, but the moment I want' to access via the APP, it prompts me to verify an email which no one has access to, I even tried sending emails to the address to see if it could receive anything, but it can't, I tried contacting support multiple times but no one has been able to help me so far and I'm afraid I wont be able to login anymore in the future

How can I scale this issue to a higher up in support? last person I chatted with didn't know English very well, speaked poorly and then said I should come to the forums, that that's the only way to raise my issue!

    I'm very sorry to say, but we can't help with account issues over Answers HQ. An advisor will need to go through account verification before they can update the email address on it. I'll have to refer you back to opening another case here so they can ask you the verification questions again.

    I have done account verification and they still will not let me in the account. I don't remember email to account because this was years ago and I no longer use it. But I know some details on my account and that still doesn't help me at all. I just want an email change that's it.

    I wouldn't count on anything being able to be done to fix this. Unfortunately EA is too dedicated to chasing money to give a single flying **bleep** about anything else.

    Particularly, whoever is in charge of development of the EA App should seriously consider killing themself. You just know they're not putting their involvement with it on their resume lol
