Too funny!!! From EA Help 04/19 - "Here at EA, we believe that gaming is for everyone." - Except those that can't open their PoS App!
Tis VERY TRUE! How many times do we have to download/delete/redownload repeat until the thing works. I have NOT been able to do anything but is in "Preparing" since I was FORCED to "Upgrade" to the EA App. I kept it going for 12+ HOURS, with nothing!!! I even tried with a game I DON'T own, and I get the same thing. The App sucks!!

That method hasn't worked anymore in a while EA patched it. They're fighting tooth and nail to keep us from using the origin app that actually works.
The forced change to this is my last straw, and hopefully the last for many gamers. Trash launcher that hardly works. 1gb internet and still getting downloads of 40kbs/sec
Nightmare. True nightmare. I can't install the EA App on my computer, it just errors out. I can't get any kind of support and mods are getting angry that I have the SHEER AUDACITY to be upset.
- @ottakanawa Look at the comments for that video, and follow the "new" method. That worked/ is working for me. 🙂
Another issue with EA App is that it has no offline mode. POS EA servers are down and I can't play my game. WTF? No offline mode? How much do your programmers make? And how much do you care that we can actually use the products that we bought?
I swear, I only have 5 EA games, but I'm tempted to uninstall them all and never buy another EA title.
