EA app keeps crashing

I have sent so many error reports and messaging EA about the app continuously crashing. It is the worst thing I have ever used. It will just crash mid game on anything I play. It is ok of an hour or so but it is the most stupid and frustrating thing to be in the middle of an online game and it crashes. 

What can EA do about this. it's up to EA to provide a platform that works. I'm sick to death of having to use a crappy buggy app. It was so much better before when you could play a game without their utterly crap app. 

Please EA do something about it.
