EA App offline issues

I'm having the same issue... Starting the EA app with internet on and then switching to the offline mode before starting the Sims showed me my missing packs
@kathydana mmmm that's a bit different than what I am experiencing. But your situation is a lot serious because you keep your internet on it seems and all your packs are missing after switching it to offline mode.
Once I log into my EA app. I turn it to offline mode and disconnect my PC laptop from any wifi so I can just keep the app on and play Sims 4 at any time of the day without needing to log in again. I did this with my origin app and it didn't have any problems what so ever and it was simplicit as just clicking the mouse. The packs I have were all showing up and when I switched over to this EA I been disappointed in it's development so far with it offline capabilities.

Oh no my packs show in game after connecting the ea app online but then I turn offline mode before launching the Sims 4 😅 I'm just sad that I gave to launch the app with internet connection to avoid that... With origin this wasn't an issue, I had to switch back to origin because the app was very laggy and glitchy for me...
@kathydana it's a irritation to the highest mark with this EA App. I downloaded origin again myself and it was slow on my HP laptop. It was going to take and hour and fifty-four minutes to update the game which I found it to be weird. EA needs to fix this problem with the offline mode on the EA App because I found out yesterday that the EA App is connected to the bio time (time and date) on our computers PC or Mac. And what I got out of the information is that in offline mode (connected or disconnected to a internet service or hotspot) our games are set on a timer so it tells EA App to restart and refresh the app. It's BS! 🙄🤣
