EA app Popping at games launch

EA app in windows 11 PC always pops up when a game starts and ends.It is very distracting since when you want to use the big picture mode of a front end (such as steam, playnite, launchbox etc) when you exit the game  the screen returns no matter what to ea app. Is there any work around?

Could you implement an "always minimized in tray"  option to the settings, I don't think it's that difficult and will make a great change to everyone that has connected their pc to a monitor or tv and use it as a console with a controller

Thank you

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that both the EA app and the game itself are up to date. Developers often release patches and updates to fix bugs and improve game stability.

    2. System Requirements: Verify that your system meets the game's minimum and recommended system requirements. Running a game on hardware that doesn't meet the specifications can lead to issues.

    3. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer or gaming console can resolve minor issues.

    4. Check for Known Issues: Visit the official EA support website, forums, or social media channels to check for any known issues or outages. Sometimes, problems are on EA's end, and they might be working on a solution.

    5. Graphics Drivers: Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date. Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause problems with launching and playing games.

    6. Background Applications: Close any unnecessary background applications that may be consuming system resources. This includes software that might interfere with the game's operation.

    7. Firewall and Antivirus: Make sure that your firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking the game or the EA app. Sometimes, these security programs can prevent game launches.

    8. Compatibility Mode: Try running the game or the EA app in compatibility mode, especially if you're using an older game on a newer operating system.

    9. Verify Game Files: If you're playing on a platform that allows it, verify the integrity of game files. This can help repair corrupted or missing game files.

    10. Reinstall: As a last resort, you can uninstall the game and the EA app, then reinstall them. This can often resolve persistent issues.

    11. Contact EA Support: If you continue to experience problems, don't hesitate to contact EA's customer support. They can provide more specific assistance and troubleshoot the issue further.

Remember that specific troubleshooting steps can vary depending on the game, platform, and the nature of the issue. It's also a good practice to check EA's official support channels or community forums for guidance related to the particular game you're experiencing problems with.

Although I thank you for the effort to reply to my topic,

I don't think your answer adresses the issue at all,

but rather looks like a generic answer that applies to anything computer related,
