EA are scammers

I bought team of the season Bruno fernandes at an absolute steal price and i even took a picture of it with the green tick, then after about 15 seconds of still waiting it jumps back on the market and someone else wins him. I message EA with the photo evidence that I had clear won the auction and they say they can't do anything. Happy to take everyone's money but when you need help they can't do anything.
