Same problem, sick of needing to remember passwords, I have enough websites to remember, Steam does not have this problem, only EA / Origin. Worse, I logged in to complain about this very issue here and was forced to play the 2FA game simply to sign in:

Then after playing the needless and unnecessary 2FA game to my chagrin the thread in question has been closed by a power-tripping mod "I want to keep our community safe / complaining isn't allowed".

So * sick of EA and their *, once I beat Jedi Survivor I'm removing this garbage * client and will never purchase another title that requires this completely unnecessary client ever again.
I do understand why EA wants a walled garden, Jedi Survivor is so completely broken STILL, DLSS Frame Generation doesn't work correctly half the time, it will either not enable requiring rebooting the entire PC and crossing your fingers or just won't work at all. Then there's the mandatory 90 second "Optimizing Game Files for this PC" EVERY. *. TIME. Every time. Not once when you first fire up the game EVERY TIME. What is the funnest is when DLSS FG refuses to work and so you try switching from Windowed Fullscreen to Fullscreen etc and then the game straight up wigs out, becomes a minimized window, or black-screens for 6 seconds, having to bring up Task Manager to kill the process and then it's back to "Optimizing Game Files for this PC" for another 2 minutes .Golf clap at incompetence. Respawn devs don't respond / refuse to fix this. EA and Respawn are a match made in heaven in terms of incompetence.
Having this broken title on Steam would result in it getting review bombed. Funny enough, the community presence for Jedi Survivor on Steam is larger and more active than on here even without the client even offering the title!
