EA App using wrong Windows language settings to determine UI language

Summarize your bug EA App is not using the Windows Display Language setting but instead uses the Location/Region language setting of Windows to determine the EA App UI language. This can be a problem (like in my case) when your Windows Display Language is set to e.g. English (United States) and the Location/Region setting is in a different language (German in my case). Please note: Location/Region language settings should be only used to determine the language of content displayed INSIDE the app and not the user interface language.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change your Windows 10/11 Country/Location setting to a different language than the Windows Display Language. The Country/Location language should be a supported language for the EA App UI. E.g. Windows Display Language = English (United States) and Windows Country/Location = Germany
What happens when the bug occurs? Wrong UI language selected.
What do you expect to see? EA App UI Language should be determined based on Windows Display Language setting.

Hi all,

The EA App is not using the Windows Display Language setting but instead uses the Location/Region language setting of Windows to determine the EA App UI language.

This can be a problem (like in my case) when your Windows Display Language is set to e.g. English (United States) and the Location/Region setting is in a different language (German in my case).

Please note: Location/Region language settings should be only used to determine the language of content displayed INSIDE the app and not the user interface language.
