This is the second time I've had this problem. The first time I had to reinstall the app. It seemed to have solved the problem. But now it happened AGAIN. The reinstalling off the app seems to only be a temporary fix. I hope this is something the EA help crew is aware of and is working on fixing. It shouldn't be happening to this many people. I didn't even get a new device for it to be moved, not in many years. So I don't know why it keeps happening. Anyone have an answer for that question?
Correction. It happened for the third time. Reinstalling the app is certainly not helping. Just a bandaid at this point. I never had this issue until this year.
