EA帮助中心的人工客服在大部分时间都无法进行对话这个问题不知道是我个人的问题还是其他玩家也会遇到，至少目前来看EA并没有发现这个问题。
The manual customer service of EA Help Center is unable to have a conversation for most of the time. I don't know if this is my personal problem or if other players may also encounter it. At least for now, EA has not found this problem.
