The Sims 4 has the repair button also @saltyseapearl.
Looking at it now and the option is there for me.
DarkoI wish that were true. Mine does not have it. it has Play, Manage add-ons, Time played (greyed out), Manage on Steam (greyed out) and that's it.
I just tried to download dead space remake 2x in a row on EA destop and it always just started to download the game from new when it reached 100%. I searched on the game a lot and could not find a repair button or "search for game files" button.. then did reinstall origin and there i had a search files button and then a repair button and now the game works 🙂 I hope the game search and repair button comes to EA destop!
yeah no it is there for the asking but it wasn't that easy. hum
The repair button isnt on my screen and it just update. at the moment my game (sims 4) wont open and everything so far is to repair the files
This is the same problem I have, and my screen looks exactly the same way. There is NO option to repair by right-clicking anything or by accessing the 3 dots drop menu. That's just false information EA keeps broadcasting or it only applies to some people. They should have the same option for EVERYONE who needs to use the repair function. This is extremely frustrating.
