EA, Sims downgrade.

Ever since sims transferred to EA games, it is all a MESS. I lost all off my sims 3 games. I had almost all expansions packs, just needed like the last few. They all got lost/deleted when transferred to EA. But don't worry they have ''investigated'' the issue since 2018. All progress and money down the drain. 

So insted I started playing the sims 4. But it is filled with bugs and glitches insetad. Bought a new expansion last month. Can't even play it because of bugs and glitches. The respons from EA help? Nothing. Feels good knowing you can't get help. What am I even spending my money on? Air? 

EA help never seems to actually help, in my experience.
