A game that I bought when it was distributed free of charge at the time of Origin is not available in the ea games store today and therefore the game does not have a cover photo and it looks really bad in my library. Please delete this game from my library. I don't play it anyway. I just don't want it to spoil my enjoyment. I'm sending a screenshot in the attachment section.

At the moment, it's not possible to delete something from your EA account yourself or hide certain items from your EA app library.
However, if you want to check if changes to your account can be made in regards to potentially removing the game, please check this with the Support team at https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help/.
